Located in downtown Long Beach, The Crest Apartments is a 112-unit multifamily project developed in 2020 with city and ocean views. The entrance to the building is off of the Rainbow Bridge, which connects the Long Beach Performing Arts Center and the Convention Center. The development features a hotel-like interior design and lobby, a 3,500 square foot rooftop deck with a pool and sky lounge, a fitness center, and many other modern amenities. A popular neighborhood wine bar anchors the ground floor of the building.
